Visa Extras!!

Our bank, Wachovia, is now offering Visa Extra rewards on check cards as well! (1 point per dollar spent) They are even offering 1000 points to get you started. If you have a Visa check card, check with your local financial institution to see if you are eligble to enroll.

Mine was offering it, but they were stingier with the points 1 for every $2.00 spent. The rewards were not worth changing my current buy it all with a credit card and pay it all off at the end of the month strategy.

With this program, you use your current Visa check card. The only thing you need to do is tell the cashier to run it as a credit or if you swipe it, be sure to push credit and not debit.
