VIRUS ALERT!!! MyDoom.F

My work's email has been infected with the MyDoom.F virus. Do not open any attachments with the subject lines I've detailed below. My PC was not infected, 20 others were. Delete any unrecognized emails immediately without opening the attached files. From what I understand, virus definition files were updated for this latest version of MyDoom late last night. Check your anti-virus for updates immediately.

Yup, MyDoom has been out for a while now.

None of these things would get spread if people wouldn't open unknown attachments
