Virtual line for NB Shoes

We had planned to go to the expo Thursday morning. We just saw that they will be excepting entries in the virtual queue for the NB Disney shoes at 6AM on Thursday. We were planning submitting our info while we were at the airport waiting for our flight. Our flight is 8:00am - 10:47am. What happens if they give us a time of 10:45am (I know you have a 1 hour window to get the Wide World of Sports to check in), what happens if we're late for that window? Will they still help us, can we submit our name into the queue again for that same day?

Well since the expo doesn't open till noon thurs would they do shoes that much earlier? I could see an hour but not much earlier..

Personally my fav line was registered runners.. Bet that will help a lot since it'll keep a lot of ebayers out...

The Expo opens at 10:00am in Thursday not noon.

I have to go back and re-read the email but the way I understood it was that you're going to have your pick of time slots to choose from to schedule your window. When those windows are filled, then you would have to sign up at the queue at the expo and that's where the randomly assigned times would come into play. My flight is also around the same times (7-9:20) so I was planning on trying to sign in while I am at the airport as well.

Glad to hear about the changes, but disappointed that you can still buy 4 pairs of sneakers. At least one runDisney blogger that I know of gets free resort accommodations from Disney, and then puts the shoes that she and her husband buy on eBay.
