Virtual line and express pass

If Mummy is on virtual line does that mean I cannot use express pass to ride and need to get a virtual line spot?

We learned last trip that EP trumps VL everywhere BUT Hagrids. We got VL for Race Through NYC but the TM at the front said we didn’t need VL with EP! I felt a bit silly but no one ever let me know. Good question!!

We have been twice (December 2020 and February 2021). It gets easier! But I didn’t know that about VL until our second trip lol

We are at Universal this week. Virtual line is available at Jimmy Fallon, Hagrid's and The Mummy but you only need it at Hagrid's. Used the Express for JF and Mummy.
