Virtual Imagineer (Florida): What would you do with Epcot?

A WALL-E ride? I love Wall-e and all, but im kind of getting mad at the whole Pixar attractions thing. I love them and all, but I wish they would be a little more original and come up with some new stuff that is not Pixar first. Last couple of new rides (besides Expedition Everest) are Pixar right?

I agree. Disney used to be known for their innovation, their ability to come up with something completely new and unique - something no one else would have thought of in a million years. And now everything is being based upon something pre-existing. I would love to see something new along those lines.

Just commenting on the comments:
* To make everyone happy, let's do a Wall*E ride -- in Tomorrowland

* Add a water ride or something in Canada. I was there for the first time, and nothing I saw reminding me of the place where I and 1.5 million other Canadians live (although it reminded me a lot of Ontario)

* I would love to see more countries: Russia, Peru, Egypt, South Africa, India -- I'd be happy with any of them

* we loved the Kim Possible adventure -- it's a great way for kids to hang out in the countries. It's low cost and doesn't really take up any room, so I would expand it to the entire park, but if she really must go, send her to HS

* build DisneySea in AK and move Nemo there, Crush can stay in Epcot

* instead of talking about being green, WDW should make Epcot green -- solar heated water, windmill powered turbines, etc. Then just set up a pavillion explaining it. Oh, and by the way, better recycling - 4 bins, not 2 (optional of course, if you don't want to sort your trash you can always throw it in the garbage)

* for interactive shows, I would do one based on Trivial Pursuit and another based on Planet Earth.

I agree there need to be more rides, but that is really not my forte, so I'll leave those up to the rest of you.

Future World;
Ellen is currently under rehab. And actually I do like this ride. My mom used to take me on it as a kid for 'nap' time. I do the same now with my own kids.

Wall*E something or other in inoventions IS a good idea.

I think wonders of life could be redone to todays standards on health. But let's face it health tech is changing so rapidly all the time it would be almost impossible for Disney too keep up. Lets just redo it into a permanent convention/event space and take down millennium village to make way for a new country

World Showcase;
The Mt Fuji idea is a actually a very old one. I remember being a kid (late 80's/early 90's) and staying at CBR when it first opened. They had an 'upcoming attractions' show on and I saw them talk about it on there. I figured it won't happen now since Everest is basically the same thing.

Turn the 'out post' into Australia.

I also think they need to add a south american country. Maybe Brazil - with a 'amazon' river ride.

But first and foremost they need to either put a ride or movie/show into each country. UK, Morocco, Japan, Italy and Germany all need them! All they have are restaurants and shops and sporadic street shows.

Even so - it's still (and always has been) my favorite park.

Now that I think about it, I think WALLE would be a very good edition to Epcot. I mean, one of the main themes to the movie was being green and making the planet a better place to live and not making it dirty and all. Sooo WALLE would be good. Getting the animatronic to show up daily would be cool too.
