Virgins DTD scales bust

Anyone over at the moment, the weighing scales at Virgins DTD checkin are bust son they cannot check the weight of the cases

Also, security at Orlando is bad at the moment, shoes off, belts off etc and the queuing area is hot

Now sitting in the Delta lounge waiting for the VS28 which is an hour late

the shoes off, belts off, etc has been my experience for the past few years already...
they also make me take off my little suit jacket....it's light cotton......i never walk around in just the tank top underneath....it ticks me off every time when they make me take off the little suit jacket.....i mean, all those bombs i have on underneath....

Yeah it was belts and shoes off in the summer for us too. What is the delta lounge like? We usually use a different lounge (can't remember the name of it but it wasn't delta!) but the card we used to get in has stopped using this lounge and we now have to use the delta one too.

i'm trying to remember if it was at MCO that we were in the Delta lounge..
it was quite large as i recall.......nice comfy chairs....a bar.....i can't remember if you had to pay for the liquor or not, but the soft drinks and coffee were free..
there wasn't much food though...just some snack crackers..
but maybe it's changed since then..

I've always had to take my shoes of when i go though - maybe i just look suspicious?! Mind you when i walked through this time they looked at my pregnancy bump a bit funny lol

We were on the same flight as you going home, no lounge for us unfortunately so i had to console myself with some dutyfree shopping and chocolate!

I've got a pacemaker so can't go through the x-ray.
Some places like the US, it makes it easier, but I had a nightmare going through Paris earlier this year....

Delta lounge has been reduced in size, but still good. the choice of snacks has increased from Pretzels, to
pretzels
Crisps
olives
cheese
cookies
Nutella spread and bisquits
