Virgin tickets

I ordered my theme park tickets from virgin in February have just paid the balance and the confirmation lettersaid tickets would be issued with holiday tickets. I didn't book the holiday with virgin so does anyone know when I will get the tickets. Should I ring them and tell them my flights have been changed to two days earlier? Thanks

Most tickets can arrive anytime up to ten days before departure (ours normally turn up around 2-3 weeks before departure and thats with virgin), but thats holiday tickets, theme park tickets might just turn up anytime from now as they just need printing, not like the airline ticket. I would advise them of the change of departure date as they will have no idea of the change, then there is no confusion or delay. Just be patient with the customer services as they can be useless.

Virgin ticket vouchers are only valid for 60 days from issue date, they send them out usually between 4-2 weeks before your travel date with rest of your paperwork, if you are not flying with them I guess they will work to same dates.
When are you going? is it close? maybe ring them and tell them your flights changed as sometimes they do cut it fine.

Now flying on the 16th August instead of 20th. Will ive them a ring just to be sure. Thanks for replies
