Virgin Reps (Where to find them)

I am staying at the all stars movies resort and will not be able to get to the welcome meeting at DTD as its just too early after along flight the day before.. We wish to book some trips and wondered if the reps visit our hotel. When we was on International drive we had one in our hotel.

Last year Xmas we were told that a rep was at DTD in the mornings, I think they were at the Irish bar but Im not 100%.

The shopping trip done by virgin and the departure day breakfast.

I thought i hear somewhere that all stars music or sports have a rep?

When we stayed at ASM in 2005 there was a rep at night in Music, I tried to find her a couple of times and never could tho! I don't know if there still is one or whether you have to now go to DTD.

Why not give Virgin a ring? I'm sure you could book excursions with them before getting to WDW.

I'm sorry if you knew that already and particularly wanted to do it through the rep.

I must be honest I did not realise there were any welcome meetings except for the one at DTD.

When we stayed at All Star Music in 2002 the virgin rep was at the end of the food court. They were there in the afternoon but I cant remember the time, possibly around 4pm or 6pm.[Don't know if they're still situated there] It's quite easy to get from Movies to Music, we done it in 2001 and it doesn't take long

Just remember you WILL be up early due to time difference!

They used to have one at the Dolphin at certain times but not sure if this is still the case!

About a month before we flew out a rep telephoned from Orlando and asked for our email address so he could send a list of excursions through. Both these excursions were on the list he sent us ~ unfortunately I no longer have it.
Also, when you get to the airport the reps there will give you a list of times and places where they can be contacted.
