Virgin Premium Economy

Hi all

We've just upgraded to PE with Virgin for our August trip. Have flown Economy with Aer Lingus/BA on previous trips, so looking forward to trying something new

Just wondering what your experiences of PE with Virgin are?

Hi there

We flew over Xmas PE and its great - especially if you can wrangle going upstairs. Upstairs is 2 and 2 while downstairs is 2 - 4 - 2. Both really nice but upstairs slightly better.
Entertainment is also great - touch screen system now with 50+ movies and loads of other stuff.
Feels like a lot more space - also you have dedicated cabin staff for a pretty small area so your always getting drinks.
Defo recommend it - check in is also easier and with luggage you get 46 kilos per person in check in (2 x 23 kilos).
You will live PE - I would struggle going back to economy

We liked it. The extra baggage and space is great.

It's certainly a lot more peaceful and we enjoyed being in the smaller cabin upstairs.

It's nice not dreading the flight in advance!
