Hi there,
I've just booked some flights with Charter Travel for Easter 2006. They said that we would be put on the virgin pre-reserved list which would be reviewed at the end of May to see if the availability and price were still ok.
Has anyone been on this list in previous years and if so what was your experience of it? Did the price go up or did you have to change your departure/arrival dates??
The prices quoted to me to-day were £419 + £85 tax for an adult and £225 + £85 tax for a child. This is from Manchester for a 3 week holiday. When we went 2 years ago the flights cost us around £1300, today it will cost around £1800. Quite a difference. Although last time we did fly with BMI/UA with a stop in Chicago. Does anyone think these prices are ok??
Thanks for your help in advance.
Kind regards.
Ian
