Hi,

I've booked my Disney passes through Virgin and someone told me that they would probably just add them to my room key when I get to the poly. But we are only staying on-site for 4 days and then moving to a villa, so does anyone know what will happen?? Will I have to go somewhere to collect them instead?? :confused3

thanks ever so much!!:thumbsup2

Just ask them not to add them to your room key, and don't hand over the voucher that Virgin will supply you with. Just take that voucher to the Guest Services of one of the four main parks, and they will issue you with the paper tickets instead. :) The head booker will have to collect them, and some times they will ask for I.D.

when you get your plane tickets - you get your park vouchers.

just take these to the 1st park you go to and exhange at the ticket booth. this does not apply to water parks so make sure you do to a 'proper' park.:)

It worked really well for us so don't worry.
