Virgin park passes: how did you receive them?

Sorry to repeat this question as it was asked on another thread, but I thought this might get the attention of anyone that had bought their passes through virgin recently.

How did you get your passes? Was a voucher sent out with your plane tickets? Were they waiting at the hotel for you or did you have to go to the dreaded welcome meeting?

Normally I'm more savvy than this and buy my passes seperately but i bought the whole package this time and am now regretting it. Any help/ experiences you can offer would be greatly appreciated. for the record, i rang virgin, and they weren't even sure what happened. i am staying at a disney hotel.

We've book the whole package through Virgin 3 times....check my countdonw!!!

Your vouchers come through with your flight tickets. If you have universal ones you exchange your vouchers at the park entrance. If you're staying on site at disney they tell you that you get them when you check in.

No need to attend the welcome meetings.
