If you already have a seat allocated what are the advantages to this "early check-in"? Will you have access to pick all the released seating? I have looked at the Virgin link but it doesn't seem to go into ant depth at all.

Maybe this will help us actually get the seats we prebooked!! I can just see myself checking in online at 10.26 am the day before we go!
