Do we just wait until the website sorts itself out? :confused3

Just done a quote and no insurance in the breakdown but the car was showing an Intermediate and a Chrysler Sebring! Plus no 5% online discount :confused3

Thats all I keep getting but the car changes each quote,If we booked would we have insurance or not  its daft,I just got DP all geared up too :lmao:

The website cracked up when we were trying to book Beth, so I just rang up and explained that the website was not working.
They booked it all over the phone honouring the websites price.

Just be careful when you use the phone as well as the quotes they give you over phone also vary constantly!!!:confused3

I would price it up yourself using the brochure and have it clear in your mind what you want and what you are willing to pay and then if the quote over the phone is reasonable book it straight away - as I guarantee if you come off the phone to think it over and then ring back later - I bet the price changes again!!:headache:

Sorry to sound negative but I received 7 different quotes for the same holiday and they varied by up to £700!!! Its now supposedly sorted by a Manager - but I am still getting calls from Virgin Frequent Flyer questioning why I've been given their discount - even though it should show on their records that any discount is a 'goodwill' one because of all their c*** ups!!!
