Also the hand luggage measurements on the website fir my small suitcase so in theory i coulf take that, is that allowed?

Yes, the joys of flying with a "proper" airline :earsboy:

"On Transatlantic, Caribbean and Nigerian routes we operate a piece system of allowance for checked in baggage.

Two pieces of luggage per passenger, each weighing up to 32kg (70lbs). When added together, the three dimensions of any piece of luggage must not exceed 158cm (62in)."

"Infants not entitled to a seat are entitled to one piece of checked baggage weighing no more than 10 kg and with dimensions of 9 x 14 x 22 ins. This is over and above the buggy or bassinet or car seat, which are carried free of charge."

Premium Economy & Economy

"You are allowed to carry one piece of hand luggage onto the plane. This must be able to fit under the seat in front of you, which means it must not be larger than 23cm x 36cm x 56cm (9in x 14in x 22 in) and should not weigh more than 6kg (13lbs).

Wheelchairs, crutches, baby buggies and items necessary for baby care during the flight will be carried free over and above the baggage allowance. Baby buggies, carrying baskets and wheelchairs will normally be carried in the hold.

The UK Civil Aviation Authority requires all UK airlines to review and enforce their regulations regarding the acceptance and carriage of cabin (hand) baggage. We ask you to help us meet the regulations to make your flight more enjoyable. Space on any aircraft is at a premium and hand baggage should contain only items you require during the flight. There may be occasions when even having met size and weight limitations there is not enough room. In this event baggage will be checked and loaded in the hold. We ask for your understanding on those rare occasions.

The following items CANNOT be carried in your hand baggage:

Toy or replica guns (plastic or metal)
Catapults
Household cutlery
Knives with blades (of any length)
Paper knives
Razor blades
Tradesmen's tools
Darts
Scissors
Knitting needles
Sporting bats
Billiard, snooker, pool cues
Hypodermic syringes
If you have a medical reason that means you need to inject during the flight you are permitted to carry syringes in the cabin. But you might be asked to produce medical evidence such as a doctor’s letter when you check in or at security screening. The letter should be kept with you at all times."

"All items of sporting equipment such as skis (with one pair of poles and one pair of boots), rucksacks, sleeping bags, and bicycles will be considered as one piece of luggage. Excess charges will apply. We have special rates for carrying sports equipment. For more details, please contact Reservations"

Excess baggage info

"In accordance with the Heath and Safety Executive, passengers will only be able to check in excess baggage weighing 32kg (70lbs) or less per piece. The new safety measure, which will apply to all airlines and destinations from the UK, is being introduced to reduce strains and injuries amongst baggage handling staff. Passengers who exceed the weight limit will be asked to repack their excess baggage into smaller units and pay the appropriate charges* before they can check in.

For passengers exceeding their baggage allowance, please allow extra time at the airport to pay the excess. Our check in facilities will close 60 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight. Passengers who fail to complete check in procedures by this time will not be able to travel.

The following charges apply to the specified routes for each extra piece of baggage you wish to check in over your free allowance*:

Between Orlando/Miami and UK
Departing UK - GBP70 per piece.
Departing USA - USD115 per piece."
