Virgin Holiday transfers

When we booked with VH we opted for the coach transfer to the hotel just wondering how do you know if you are on these as i have no reference to it on my paperwork?

nothing on invoices but when they send you your final vouchers for accomodation etc it will be in there. You then hand it to the Mears coach driver at Orlando airport.

its even easier than that, when you come through into the main area after picking up your bags, follow the buses sign and there is a pretty big virgin holidays desk, theyll help you even if you dont have vouchers, i should know, i lost mine and it didnt make any difference, your passport will link you to every detail of your holiday. enjoy!
