It's been a loooooooooooooooooooooooooooong time since I visited the boards but I've just booked a next vacation to Orlando (Aug 31-Sept 8 '07)and the planning has begun!

Just a quick question to find out if the Virgin planes that fly London Gatwick to Orlando MCO are the ones with the new entertainment systems on them... the ones with huge selection of movies where you can start, stop, rewind, fast forward etc.

Just wondered.

Nope.
None of the Gatwick/Manchester/Glasgow aircraft have V-Port at the moment.
There is a thread somewhere where I detailed the aircraft and IFE used. 90% its Nova and 10% of the Odyssey.
However, it is rumoured (and at the moment only a rumour) that when they start the update of the LGW 747's necxt year they will upgrade the IFE as well as putting in the New Economy/Premium Economy seats and the increase in the amount of Upper Class and Premium Economy seats. Only time will tell.
