Virgin Flights Aug 2014

Sorry if its been covered but does anyone know when Virgin will release flights for Aug 2014?

Flight only will be released in September, however VH are selling Flydrives for that period now.

You just take the free car which is usually for only a week with minimal insurance when booking but don't pick it up if you don't want it. Or as you say book the car properly too. The cheapest Virgin flights I've ever had have been when I've booked fly drives the day they come out.

Be careful because fly drive packages are often way more expensive than the flight plus car separately especially if you like to fly premium economy. We got PE flights plus car in February for the cost of an economy fly drive and we have flights booked for August which would have been way more expensive fly drive

Thanks for the advice - we are looking to go for 3 weeks so will prob take my chances in Sept.
Is it literally the 1st Sept when they are released or is it 11mths before your departure date?

You will be able to book on your return date. Im looking at flying out August too.Been keeping an eye on fly drives but for the 4 of us, in April(when first released) it was £4301, in May it went up to £4450,start of June £4750,currently at £4595.Im budgeting for £750 pp direct or indirect.Its a game of chicken when it comes to booking flights these days
