virgin flight with charter travel

Hi Guys,
I have booked our september flights with charter travel and as this is the 1st time i have booked with anyone other than the airline directly I'm not sure what I should expect to receive.

I have only flown with virgin once before but i seem to recall being able to log into the website to register info and choose seats. I asked charter travel about this and they said i wont be able to access this until we are given our e-ticket 2 weeks (ish) before we fly. is that correct? Charter travel said virgin have changed the way they operate and that they used to let you do this a lot earlier..

Virgin are refurbishing there planes so some arnt allowed to book seats

as soon as you have paid the full balance tell charter you want the locator number, you should get it within a few days, also have a look on the printed info of your holiday, it may already be on there

thanks Netty, I have it now. Charter travel were more than happy to give it to me when I asked again. Aparently they had been told that it wouldn't work yet but are now going to find out why they were told wrong info
