Virgin flight tickets - how long before you fly can you expect them *THEY'VE ARRIVED*

I know the website says 7-10days but I am sure that I got them about 3 weeks before we flew last year. We are getting concerned as we have had no post since Thursday, and I will taking DS to Sheffield at the end of next week to swim in the Nationals and drive home on the Tues as we go to Gatwick for twilight check in on the Wed. Just wanted to know roughly how long in advance others have recieved their tickets - so that I can keep an eye out and maybe ring Virgin if necessary.....

Virgin holidays usually send their tix out about 2 weeks in advance as for atlantic division, I've known theirs come out as little as 3 days in advance!
I'd ring them if I were you and say you're going away in the meantime and try and hurry them along

Mine have usually come 2 weeks before, give Virgin a call and put your mind at rest.

Just got mine last Friday (15/07/05) and I fly on 28/07/05 - you do the math!

Thanks you've put my mind at rest a bit - we have actually had 1 letter today!!! so there's hope yet eh

We have received them as early as a month before departure and as late as 3 days! That was very worrying in case they'd made an error with spellings.

We got ours about 9 days before we were due to go, I hope they come soon Good luck to your son for his swimming

Just had a phone call from DH and the tickets have ARRIVED BUT.... They do not say Premium Economy on them - is this normal - thought our tickets last year had that on them and also we got PE luggage labels just got ordinary luggage labels....PLEASE REASSURE ME

Don't panic Whenever we've travelled PE we've not had any PE labels, they have put them on at check-in.
