Virgin Diy Check In Help!

Hiya

I am really stuck with the diy check in

I can check in tomorrow, I rang TCD to get my virgin reference and now I dont know if it will work

Any one done this check in recently? do you use all the refernce number including the bit after the /

I am so stuck

You have to enter the WHOLE reference - it's very simple to do and only takes a minute or two.

ok does the reference contain letters and numbers, as travel city have given me a ref and so has virgin

The DIY check-in wasn't working when I went in October,I wasn't able to check-in online.

Are you sure it's working now?

I used it for our flight on 21st Oct this year. Our flight was 11.15 from Gatwick but was not available for on line check in until after 12 noon.

Worked like a dream.

You need to use your Virgin ref which usually ends with/S04 or similar.

I went on October 14th,but tried to do DIY on October 13th as we were going to stay at Gatwick.

I mentioned at check-in I couldn't do the DIY check-in and she said it hadn't been working that day (13th!)

we used the diy online check in two weeks ago.....flying from manchester with virgin..... probably saved us about one hour of waiting.....checked in online about 18 hours b4...walk in to manchester airport straight to desk....brilliant....would do this every time......hope this helps
