Just phoned Virgin as they have our car pick up point wrong yet again !! Firstly I was told that I couldn't pick the car up from Lake Beuna Vista as it isn't an option, explained that I have done this for the last god knows how many years and was then told yes you are correct we will amend.

I asked them to price up three nights up at the Royal pacificic as I may want to add it to the booking, they came back with a price for 31 nights, I am only going for 21 ! Apparently it will be 900 pounds per person for the 19th 20th and 21st december, 1800 pounds for three nights !!

I am so at the verge of giving up with them

Wow where did they get those figures from? I take it the 3 nights you mention have no accommodation booked as yet? If so I would just do it myself!

I have three nights on hold at the DoubleTree Universal, but as I needed to phone Virgin anyway, I thought I would enquire out of curiosity. I will most certainly be sticking with the DoubleTree or pricing and booking a Universal Resort myself !!

So very very true the number of times I have had to put people right when they obviously have no clue what they are talking about, half the time I wonder if they are interested in the job they are doing??!
