I know that when you fly with Virgin you can pre book your seat by going to manage your booking. I am going on holiday to DW next year with premium economy seats how do you pre book your seats when you only have VH's number. I tried it a couple of hours ago and it wouldn't let me.

I booked online with Virgin Holidays last Sunday and got on the Virgin Atlantic site the same day and selected my seats. My ref. no was 5 digits followed by /S07. Is your number the same type?

If you are going on 8th Sept for 2 weeks and return 22nd you cant do it until the earliest 22nd Oct.
If you booked with Virgin Holidays rather than direct with Virgin Atlantic it will probably take a few days if not a week for VH to transfer your booking to VA after the 11 month from return flight window. So you could be looking at end Oct into Nov before you can do it (if its 14 nights you are going).

Can you book your seats via your travel agent.?

We have a "blip" on our computer which means we can't access certain web pages.

I booked through TA and rang to book my seats - didn't have the reference they needed but they found it and reserved my seats.

I will be flying out on 8th September and flying back on 29th September so I will try again in November.
