A good question, but I would hazard a guess that they won't refund people. We booked with BA last year and they didn't increase the price of our ticket when the levies went up.

To be realistic I wouldn't have thought so either Richard. Would be a nice gesture though, to refund money that they are now saying they no longer need. Maybe some people-power is needed again?

Should we have "people power" to make those who booked and paid in advance so did not have to pay the surcharge pay up as well?
