VIP tour guide recommendations?

We will be doing our first VIP tour in June and are looking for a specific type of guide. Reading past people's experiences, we want someone who isn't going to keep stopping to answer every question every other guest has. We will only have one day in the park, half of the group has never been before, and a quarter hasn't been in 30+ years, so we really want to get a lot done. We want someone who is going to walk quickly, and get from point A to point B as quickly as possible.
