VIP tour booking date questions?

To book the VIP tours, is it 60 days from check in or 60+10 days before the date requested? We are going at the end of January so hopefully it won't be too crazy, but I know they are in very high demand right now. Also, is the call time at 7am ET or 9am ET? I have seen so many different things!

make sure you know the buttons… practice…I called and 9 am sharp, was on hold 2 hrs, and then had to take 3rd choice day for 60 +10 call

We had 3 of us trying at exactly 9 am after having practiced the sequence. One got thru after 10 minute wait and we got 1st choice. We texted each other to see who would get thru first so we did not double book

What hourly rate are those that book being quoted? I’m hoping for an October 2022 tour and would like a general idea of price.

I had absolutely NO idea it was this competitive! Thank you all for your help! Just to clarify the number we call is the 407-560-4033, right? I'm going to practice tomorrow! The numbers I was quoted during the week of January 20th-29 ranged from the upper $400's per hour during the week and upper $500's from Friday-Sunday. We were told when we initially called for information that prices can go all the way up to the $700 range per hour.

Yes, that’s the right number. When I booked first for August, price was $425. We cancelled and rebooked for Dec. 22… price is $625. (we wanted Dec 19 or 20, but they were booked).

Ok, I tried to practice toady. Called at exactly 9:00 am ET and after listening to the welcome message, they said the wait time is 60 minutes! Can anyone give me any insight? Are the only prompts to press 0 to bypass the long message? I have to make our reservation on Friday and I'm stressing.

I called again to make changes and did ask if there is a good time/ option… but no, maybe try 30 second early
