Hi,
I know this must have been asked a zillion times, but I'm not finding the responses I was looking for when doing a search.

Considering going to Orlando around x-mas to New Year's, which I know will be insane. But if we stay at a Universal property and have the VIP passes, will the waits be short or will they still be long but just not AS long. We are not people who wait 30 minutes for a ride, as a frame of reference. My guess is long but not as long (30 minutes vs. 90 minutes).

Thanks for feedback!

i think you mean the EP's.
the express lines are meant to have you on a ride under 20 minutes.

do not know first hand if the ex lines are able to be held to that time wait during christmas hell week.

using the ex lines for rides and shows during that time period will have a much shorter wait than the regular lines.

there are VIP tours that can be bought but it does not include park tickets.
i have friends that have booked them during the day for the park.
i have only done them for special events.

You will see Express wait times of 30 minutes easily during Christmas week...especially on the more popular attractions. That's the busiest week of the year so both parks will be jammed! You will not have VIP passes but rather unlimited Express for staying onsite. The EPs will help you for the lines but not for restaurants or even bathroom breaks. It will be wall to wall people everyday...all day. But you are right...stand by lines will be over an hour in most cases so 30 minutes as opposed to 60 minutes isn't too bad.
