Vinyl Tile Backsplash- Update post #7 with pictures!

If you look at Lowes or Home Depot, they have electric outlet covers in colors that will match your new tile. We changed out our covers after putting in travertine for our backspash, and it made the new tiles look even better.

Oh GREAT idea!! Yeah, the white is....meh. They're the originals with the house, I'm sure, and some of them are stained. Maybe a nice silver to kinda match the sink spout....

As someone who sold a house 2 years ago and redid the kitchen, I would highly recommend you use ceramic tile or glass.

I completely agree. A backsplash doesn't take a huge amount of tile. I would invest in a quality tile; we got a beautiful glass tile for our backsplash online which cost only $12.00 per square foot . Vinyl says cheap.

It won't hold up, looks good now though.. we did it on a rental property a few years ago and within a year replaced it with ceramic..
