Vintage Cake Toppers

I know that many of you like to have adorable Mickey and Minnie's on top of your cakes....so cute! But, I thought I'd post this site...

They have a large selection of vintage cake toppers from the 1920's, 30's, 40's, 50's...to the present. This is where I found my cake topper, and we really enjoyed having something that had a previous history, and some character.

That's funny you posted this. A couple weeks ago there was something on tv about a woman that collected wedding toppers. She had a whole houseful.
Never, ever thought about something like that. They are amazing!(my DH and I have been married 22 1/2 years)

Yes, I think we saw the same thing! We got the idea from watching something on tv that aired on the food network over a year ago...it was all about wedding cakes, or wedding foods. We searched the internet, and chose a little ceramic couple from from the 1920's.

And I know you dont get the pat on the back everytime you deserve it (most teachers dont)... but seriously-- you are so smart and creative-- I think your entire wedding, from planning to finish was the best themed, most creative Ive ever seen!
