Villians Sinister Soirée

I did the same yesterday and luckily had the confirmation handy as well, which I agree the CM seemed happier that I had that. Just no luck during the middle of the day. Im guessing my only chance is attempt to call twice a day or something like that.

I think you have a decent chance if you keep trying, you have a good window until your date. Best of luck.

I'm trying to get an idea of how the particulars would work for the soiree but not sure when and where things take place. I have a 9:50 reservation time for the soiree on 10/28. It is my belief that you must report to Guest Services after 4:00 on the day to receive a ticket or wristband, then before parade report to either CRT or the parade viewing location? Parade at 8:15 then where to go before the 9:30 fireworks? Then after fireworks to CRT for the actual "soiree"? Could anyone help me clarify the details? Hopefully after the first party there will be clarification.

From everything I have read I think you are correct. If you arrive before 6:30, get a wristband at guest services. Shortly before 8:15 go to the parade area then same for fireworks. Turn up at CRT at your reservation time.

The option to collect wristbands at 7:30 is only for those arriving later, if you already got an wrist band at guest services, you don't need to get one from the viewing area too. But you may wish to arrive at the viewing area early to get closer to the front.

I am confused also.
This is what they say:

"To check in for the event, guests must visit the Will Call booth outside the main entrance of the Magic Kingdom between 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Guests may begin checking in at the parade and fireworks viewing area, located in the central plaza by the Castle Forecourt Stage starting at 7:30 p.m. where they’ll receive wristband identification, which must be presented to enter the preferred viewing areas and Cinderella’s Royal Table."

I am confused because we are arriving at the Magic Kingdom at noon that day and I can't figure out if this means I have to leave the park at 4:00 to check in at the Will Call booth?

Hopefully the details will become clear but we are going to the 2nd party 9/9 so I'm trying to figure everything out.

I'm gonna assume you absolutely will have to leave and visit the will call booth just like everyone else.

Kenny the Pirate (on Facebook) has posted a picture of the roped-off area for preferred viewing. It says center of hub, castle side.

I get it. I reached my breaking point over FP+. That is why we are staying on site at Universal and just doing a hard party ticket to WDW vs a 4 day park hopper w/ a deluxe resort stay. If my daughter was old enough for HHN, we'd go to that instead, but I don't think she can handle scareactors in her face at 11.

depends if she's used to touring scary haunted houses back home, if not I wouldn't dream of it...have lost count of how many times I've been chased in the scare zones...and loved it;)

option #1 to received wristbands is at outside guest services between 4 - 6:30 pm

option #2 wait & line up @ 7:30 pm by the castle stage

see option #3

We have will-call tix for MNSSHP but had planned on picking them up the day prior either @ our resort guest services or @ MK gate CS if not crowded. The line does tend to build the day of the parties.

I specifically asked the rep if we could pick the soiree tix up at the same time we collect our MNSSHP tix (i.e. a day prior to the party) but was told no.

however, we all know that no doesn't always mean no at Disney;). Logistics as to losing the wristband probably rule it out but if anybody manages to collect their wristbands early, please post.:)

In this case I would imagine no is truly no as the wristbands change for each party, which is why you won't get the wristband for MNSSHP when you pick up the tickets early.

You don't get the wrist band until you get into the park after they scan your ticket at the turnstile. I printed my party tickets at home then all I need to do,is pick up the desert party at will call window.

@WDWNT is posting videos and pics now... Including maleficent cup, table setup, etc... Looks pretty cool!! :) You should check it out on Twitter!!
