Villas near Universal?

Hello,
Could someone please tell me if there are any villa communities closer to Universal than Disney? I've done some research, but now I need you experts!!!

I know there are some near Universal because I have emailed one them (not sure what is posted on it now though)... you will have to scroll thru all of the listings and see what is there....

The counties that allow vacation rentals are closer to Disney than Universal. The closest is about 10 to 15 mins away, but can be worth it if you want the space and privacy.

A friend of mine owned in these condo's are they are pretty nice. As far as Universal, all you do is make a left out of the complex, go to Kirkman Rd & down 2 lights (I think) and you are there! It is also very convient to the Mall of the Melennia & a very large Super Target.
