Villas leisure pool-closed for refurb

I got my letter in the mail a few days ago that the leisure pool will be closed for part of our stay- resurfacing effort, they expect it to be closed May19-May 30th.

1. How inconveniet will it be to not have this pool available?

2. How close to the villas (ie will sound me a problem) is this pool?

This will be our first stay at BWV- if its like OKW our room assignment was non-negotiable.

We are there May 29-June 2, so hopefully they truly will be done on the 30th-which would be our first full day there.
Does anyone know if they are good at sticking to dates for resort rehabs?

BWV is very big so it is not as likely that you will get a room right at the quiet pool.

I am not 100% sure, but I believe they have been completing most of the pool renevations before schedule. Of course I think alot of that depends on weather, but May is typically a good month.

Also, there is a second quiet pool on the Inn side and the Famous Clown Slide pool. (Insert evil laugh)

Im more concerned about the sound -resurfacing could be jack hammers and large sanders- which are LOUD. But at worst it will be the first 1/2 day, night and second day. Im hoping they will be done early and not loud!

Since your trip is at the end of the refurb time, I would expect the only noise might be from spray painting guns and water spouts as they refill.
