Staying at the Villas in September in a studio apartment. Wanted to stay at the Wilderness Lodge, but they were booked. I guess they only allow a certain number of rooms during the free dining plan, so I booked a studio at The Villas. Anyone ever stayed in a studio? What should I expect? I have a 4 year old daughter and 2 year old son. How's the pool? Should I or can I use the Widerness Lodge pool? Thanks for your help.

you can use everything at WL and they can use the gym and pool at VWL.

studio has queen bed and a double sleeper sofa.

You can use the WL pool and anything else at the WL. You can expect a deluxe room with a little extra 'umph'. The kitchenette is a nice thing to have when you have little ones, great for washing out sippy cups, microwave for heating food or making popcorn, toaster for Pop-Tarts. We haven't stayed at the VWL yet (counting down the days until we do in October) but we have stayed at WL and at a studio in SSR. Love the WL and loved the SSR and room extras so combining the studio pluses with the WL has us giddy! The pull-out couch is pretty comfortable and there will be a pack-n-play in the closet for your two year old if he still sleeps in one.

When we stayed at the studio at SSR it was me, dh, 6 yr. old ds and 2 yr. old ds. The oldest slept on the pull-out and the youngest was in the pnp. had plenty of room and I don't expect VWL to be that much different size-wise from SSR.

Giddy I tell ya, just plain giddy!!!!
