I am looking to trade my timeshare into Florida next April and this seems to be the best option. Has anyone stayed at the Villas recently and are they big enough for 2 adults and 3 children or should I upgrade into the condos.

Also, does anyone have recent indoor pictures of the villas or condos.

Thank you.

We stayed in a 2 bdrm villa in July 2005 at Summer Bay. There were four of us (2 adults, 2 kids) My understanding is that the condos are larger in size than the villas and they also have a balcony.

We weren't cramped but the living room would have been pretty small if we had to use the sleep sofa. My children shared the second bedroom and the second bath was across the hall.

I don't know what configurations are available with beds for the condos. In the villa you could fit either one queen or two twins in the second bedroom. Each bedroom had a t.v and there was one in the living room as well.

There was a kitchen table with four chairs and a few stools at a breakfast bar for eating.

I dont have any pictures but if you do a search on Summer Bay another poster did have some following her visit there. Let me know if you have any questions on the resort.
