Villas at Fortune Place

Has anyone stayed at Villas at Fortune Place? I know that it is about 30 minutes from Disney but how is the resort? The distance does not bother us because our friends live very close to the resort and we plan to spend time with them.

we stayed there jan28 - feb4. It was ok. the condo we had was clean and nicely decorated. they have a small pool and playground area. we found it quiet.there is a gas station and a publics around the corner. it is off the beaten track and i would not want to have to commmute to WDW from there. There is alot of road work going on and it may take longer than 30 minutes . we also found the staff friendly.

Thanks for the information. We will only be going to WDW two days and my DS's are teens so the commute will not bother us. I really just wanted to know if it was clean.
