What does everyone think the point structure for VDI will be like? I don't want to start a war but from the vibes out there it appears this will not be the most popular DVC resort. With that in mind, one would think the points would be lower than that of current DVC resorts. But since DVC is so popular, do you think they'll keep the same points?

I think the points will be the same or higher....not lower. We don't know yet exactly what they have in mind for the resort. It seems it will need some kind of spectacular "hook" since Eagle Pines is already working the golf resort angle.

I think they are going to go for the "spa resort" angle, more of an adult resort.

I think that the points are kinda locked in at OKW, BWV, VERo, ect.

May be that Disney will keep the points higher for more profit. This should keep maintenence cost lower since it will require more points per unit per night .

If there's one thing that I've learned over the years, it's not to second-guess Disney. A lot of speculation has ended up being way off target.

I'll just wait and see what they have in mind.
