Villas and Best Rate

I was able to get the AP discount the last time I stayed at the BW Villas. Does anyone know if the Best Rate program can be used for the villas?

Why not rent points from a DVC member. Would be a lot cheaper.

Last time I stayed there, it came out to be about the same price when the AP discount came out. Plus I like the maid service, which you don't get when you rent points.
