Did anyone attend last's year crazy event and if so, do they have a time guide they can share? I want to get a feel for the times of the fireworks, meet n greets, and also get a feel for the special food and merchandise available. Disney hasn't shared too much information yet, but hopefully they will soon :) Can't wait!!!!

Not a reply to your questions (sorry), but a further question - would Hollywood Studios be a park to avoid that day? Just wondering if they would be extra busy due to the event...

They are having EMH that morning.. I am getting up at 6 AM and heading over.. I plan to ride headliners, have an Elsa cupcake, and buy my Elsa magicband. At 9 my friends are heading over to go ice skating. Then we are watching the Frozen processional and have an ADR at 50's primetime. After that we are skipping out to AK for a bit and coming back later for Beauty and the Beast and the First Time in Forever show. After 6:30, it will be all about the villains. The crowd may be light in the morning and afternoon (but who knows because of Frozen) but pick up at 4 when the Villain crowd starts to arrive.

I went last year and this year will be nothing like it particularly the meet and greets. They only had a few stations that swapped out villains so there were few to meet. EVERYTHING was concentrated in a small area around the lake and a disaster. There was no special food, actually most places that were open were running out of food. Special drinks were set up at kiosk type bars. Since there will be only one party nothing is for sure until it happens but your best bet is follow the page on Disney site for any additions.

Hopefully they learned (1) Villains are very popular and huge potential for money makers (2) do everything different from last year's nightmare.

Biggest suggestion is come as early as you can because parking will still be an issue with moving people in and out. This lot is not the size of MK's during a special party, it will take more logistics ..... just the smaller number of toll booths is going to slow you down.

FYI It looks like Frozen Summer Fun is specifically being excluded from that entire day. The special viewing package is not offered for the 23, so pretty sure there will not be a processional, or any FSF events - maybe the outpost will be open. Pretty sure they will be coming in the night before (early closing) and removing all the FSF decorations and replacing them with Villains ones, setting up the stage, etc for the Villains. You should prob look at another day if the Frozen events are important to you.

That is my understanding too.....no Frozen events on the 23rd. To much work in changing things out for the Villians event the night before.

I talked to a few friends who are doing the Frozen entertainment and they've said they're 99% sure they're NOT doing Frozen stuff that day!

It makes sense since they need all hands on deck entertainment wise for that evening.

The park will probably be busiest between that 4-7pm range where they're clearing out all non party guests & party guests have arrived.

As for schedules, they'll definitely have some sort of times guide for when the party starts, and I wouldn't be surprised if they keep most of the meet & greets more of a "secret" so that lines don't build insanely like they did at the 24 hr event.

I can tell you right now that Meg & Hades are hosting the event (and are NOT doing meets)

Really? I called Disney this morning. They said on the 22nd they are having the fireworks because they are selling the premium packages. They said the 8 P.M. closing time is a mistake and will be updated. They said on the 23rd they are having the processional and the FTIF show until 7. They won't have the dance party and the fireworks on the 23rd because of the event. YAY! So I don't have to change my plans around.

The CSR said no package is avaialble on the 23rd because there are no fireworks or dessert party that night.
