What is the best village to stay at at CSR? We would like to be near a "quiet pool". Thanks so much!

All of the villages are popular with different visitors. We had a FANTASTIC 1st floor room in the Casitas in June. From our room, we had a direct view of the long fountain (beautiful when lit at night) and an indirect view of the quiet pool (which was never busy -- unlike the very crowded main pool). Food and buses were just a very, very short walk away. The main pool was a bit of a hike, but there were plenty of carts available to carry guests who preferred not to walk. I really didn't expect to like CSR but ended up absolutely loving it!!

Cabana 9a has a quiet pool but the building is smoking optional

Rancho 7b has a quiet pool

We loved our room in Cabanas 8B. We were right next to a quiet pool, a 5 minute walk to El Centro, 5 minute walk to the Dig Site, and across the path from the quiet pool are hammoks for 2 on white sand looking onto the lake. Oh, and the laundry is right there at the quiet pool too.

We loved CSR!!!!

Does Cabanas 8a have adjoining non-smoking rooms? We are travel w/ our family (DH, DD-6 & DD-3) plus my parents. We would like to have an adjoining room.

Yes, we had adjoining rooms in cabana 8a on one of our trips.
