anyone been there recently,where was the virgin welcome meeting held,and has the refurbishment finished?
can anyone tell me the times of the complimentary transport to the disney parks

Last year they held the welcome meeting in the coconut bar at the sheraton world resort, just across the road from the villager premier. Its great if its your first time. But make sure they don't try to sell you things that you don't really need. We had to buy our tickets for the downtown disney check-in from them last year. Not sure if you still have to do that this year.

Not sure about the complimentry transport. Some people were waiting for buses when we were going for breakfast at around 8 am though. There were about 2 or 3 buses that would set off at around 8,9 and 10 am i think.
