Just been advised by the owner of the villa I had booked for August that they intend 'foreclosing' their mortgage and they probably wont have the place still by august, my question is do we think this is a one off? - or do we think a few villa owners will be doing that this year? - I'm not sure what to do if I book another might they do the same? This owner has only told me because he is a family friend.
