Villa or House Rental To Stay & See DLP

Hi

Originally we were going to Orlando, but at the moment our money doesnt seem as though it will stretch that far However, we are still trying.

I have thought of a back up plan. I would like to book 11 night stay in France and visit DLP whilst out there.

I am looking on holiday-rental but I am having problems with trying to see where is close to DLP. I think DLP isnt in the heart of Paris so we wouldnt want to stay there.

Can anyone help me choose a location, where we can hire a villa or house. We can see France, Paris and DLP.

Is it a gite close to DLP that you are looking for so that you can be day visitors ?
I'll have a look to see if I retained any web address when we went to Boulogne area followed by 3 days at DLP in 2004.

Have you considered staying in a large mobile home?

There are several uk companies that use sites near DLP. They will also arrange your ferry/tunnel for you if you wish.

If your budget is really tight I agree with Disney Owl that a mobile home can be a very good option.

We spent a week in a mobile home in a village called Touquin - mid way between Paris and DLRP. Gites are often more basic than mobile homes and you don't get play areas swimming pools onsite bakeries etc.

When we went we booked through Haven as both our DS and DD liked Haven holidays in the UK. It was good value for money and we all enjoyed it. From memory it took about 30 minutes to get to the parks from there.
