We are thinking of a Villa holiday next year and will be 4 adults and 2 children (16 and 13). We need to go at least part of any of the school holidays. We would like car hire and flights etc. What is the best way to book this? Any Help would be great.

For booking the villa part there are loads of sites out there that give you the facility to search for what you are after.
One that we have used is
http://www.orlandovillas.com/
but I also know that http://www.vr360floridavillas.co.uk/ is dependable due to comments made on this forum.
before you go trawling through all the ones that are available have an idea in mind as to what you are after e.g.
how many bedrooms (and how many of them need to be masters/doubles)
swimming pool that is not overlooked and south facing
games room
free internet, wi-fi and phone calls to the UK (maybe not important to some but as you have 2 teenagers with you it probably will be)
the location that you want to stay in (Ponciana Blvd/H27)
do you want a gated community or would you be happy on a standard community where there is no gate

The first site I linked has a facility that lets you specify most of the above, then sends an email only to those owners that meet your requirements. If they have availability for the dates you want they will get back to you. It certainly cuts down a lots of searching and endless emails from you making requests yourself.

Do you think it is possible to rent a 5 bedroom villa for £500 per week in may 2011. Seem to be struggling.

The Formosa Gardens area, not yet mentioned on this thread, is the best location for a villa stay, in my opinion.
You have the likes of Indian Creek, Windsor Palms, Emerald Island, Rolling Hills and Windsor Hills.

There is a Publix supermarket nearby, restaurants within easy driving distance and WDW/I4 in close proximity too.

www.villas2000.com and www.vr360homes.co.uk are 2 of the best sites.

Most people book villa, car hire seperatley as generally works out cheaper.

Yes it is possible, it's just finding the right home at the right price.
Have a look through the websites I recommend in previous post.

At some of the more prestige, gated communties prices may run slightly higher but if you shop around I don't see why you can't find what you need.
