Not yet - we're renting Rafiki's Dream November 10-17. It looks great in the brochures and has a good review on their website.

When are you going?

We are going in March on-site but may be going in June instead with another family, and would need to stay off-site due to their family size and costs. I am looking at Mickey's Manor

I have used them. Mostly they are ok. You can pick up keys exactly at 3 or 4 (I forget which). There was a line outside the door before that time and they didn't give out keys until exactly then. But I have to say, they were very efficient and place we rented at Windsor Hills was beautiful. But a warning, read the cancellation policy. I needed to cancel and I couldn't. I could only change it to another day for the exact same home (not a similar one). But otherwise once we got there, it was clean, nice and we had no problems.
