Hi all,

I need to tap into your dissers knowledge!! :cool1:

We are wanting to book again for Disney in August - we want a 3 bed villa but with a large pool and deck area - not too bothered about proximity to the world as happy to drive - any particular villa communities with large pools??

Thanks in advance:goodvibes

Hi we have stayed at Legacy park on highway 27 this was a really nice community with lovely villas but most tended to be lived in by locals. Our pool overlooked the central area which was wilderness and we had a great sunset. Last year we stayed in a villa in Highgrove which we booked through Florida4less it had a big pool and jacuzzi. It was close to a Walmarts and restaurants right at the end of the 192 on the 27. Again this was mainly locals but was really nice. It did back onto a sewer farm but there was a huge field inbetween and we did not ever smell anything and would stay there again. Hope this helps.

One of our favourite villas was THIS ONE
Although it may be a little big for your tastes there are more of them within this particular community that has a big sized pool, just like you were asking about. It is close to the 192 and probably about a 10 minute drive to AK.

we stayed at one at hampton lakes near kissime last june which was nice and had a nice pool

I'd personally suggest Sunset Lakes, Indian Creek, Windsor Palms Resort & Emerald Island Resort.

Here's a website link to villas in those communities - http://www.orlandovillas.com/

Also if you go to the bottom of the page & click 'Orlando Map' a map will come up showing you all the different communities & you can specifically click & see what villas are available in them.

There's many websites you can look at for villas so be careful when you click on them, they might not be legitimate.

we have stayed at southern dunes which is on the US27 (stayed on 2 occassions) we are hoping to return again there this year... we did stay at a "named on arrival villa" a couple of years back but there was an attempted break in so we will never take that option again..... southern dunes is a gated 24 hour secure community and for that reason alone i'd highly recommend a gated community!!
good luck!:thumbsup2

Hi another BIG :thumbsup2:thumbsup2 for Highgate Park on Legacy Park.

We have stayed in most estates over the 18years wev'e been going to Florida and I can honestly say the villa we have just stayed in over Christmas was the best ever.

I'd be more than happy to let you have the details if your interested (although not for this Christmas as ive already re-booked it )

Some websites allow you to filter by the number of bedrooms, as an example see below for a good selection.

Generally many communities offer just a few 3 bedroomed homes as they tend to concentrate on 4 & 5 only.

http://www.vr360homes.co.uk/north-america/florida/disney-orlando-villas/?bedrooms=3

It also depends on the location of the individual plot, it's hard to narrow it down to a particular community having larger pools than others.

I'd also highly suggest looking on the website i've highlighted in bold that JohnnySharp2 posted! :thumbsup2
