Did you take photo evidence? And are the management definitely not taking any responsibilty for it? Would your travel insurance cover it as a last resort?
TBH, if that is her attitude you should name and shame her. Post a warning on the Orlando hotels and attractions board, write a letter of complaint to the Sentinel highlighting the fact that tourists can be taken advantage, anything to make her realise that you can't do this to people. She should give you a refund, unfortunately there are alot of dishonest people out there. Hope you get it resolved soon.
I totally agree with this post, as many of us rent villas from people, and you say that she is fully booked for the rest of the year, I would want to know if I had booked this villa and it's as bad as you say, to give me a chance to make alternative arrangements. TBH her attitude is really bad, she is taking advantage of people of their (very expensive) holidays.
Is it a dibb villa by any chance?
