Viggle App: Get rewards for watching television!

Has anyone heard whether Starbucks is coming back?

Also, how do the B&N cards work? Can you stack them in the store, and is there a limit you can use at a time?

Thanks :)

I know you can stack them, but I don't know if there's a limit. I printed out my B&N e-gift cards, and brought them into the store to buy a cover for my Nook.

Did you try to go out and back in to see if the ad would reappear as "new"? Sometimes that will remove the pink check mark. I've been able to view the same ad many times in a row by doing this. :thumbsup2

Just an FYI to everyone, I've been coming across 75 point Battleship ads! Happy Thursday to us! :cool1:

Yeah, I've done that with no success. I haven't see anything but 5 point battleship..

Came across this thread the other day and just put my e-mail in to be notified when it's available for Android. Sounds like a pretty easy way to earn free stuff. Question: Can you earn a good amount of points just from checking in to TV shows, or do most of you earn the majority of your points by doing trivia or watching ads?

The bulk of your points come from checking into the Featured Shows. It varies but on average this gives you about 2,200 points, out of the 6,000 daily limit.

Saturday night is the worst for Featured Shows, you only get around 1200 to 1500 that night. On a really good night I've seen it total around 2700 (ish).

Yes, the remainder of your points comes from ads and Viggle Live (trivia events.) Ads are hard to come by, as you can see from some of the posts here...

My daily average is around 2,500 points. Viggle is making it hard to max out at 6,000 points everyday.

Viggle is about to release the beta test for Android. Is Sprint EVO android...I'm not sure! If so click on this link to sign up for the best test. Viggle will choose 20,000 people for the test.

I and my 3 kids went to BK tonight and tried to use the BK rewards for the first time. They would not honor them. They said they'd never heard of BK eGifts and would only take the regular BK gift cards. Please tell me I didn't waste my time with these .... I have 30,000 points worth!

Try another BK. I noticed the gift card says participating locations.
We have had no problems with BK so don't worry you didn't lose your points.
I had the same issue with CVS and called corporate. They called the manager and exPlained the viggle cards.

I live in a small town with only one BK. I was worried they wouldn't take them either as national promotions don't always reach us. The girl working the cash register didn't know what it was, so my dh asked for the manager. She said they had gotten a memo on the Viggle points and she'd been trained. She taught the cash register people right then and now we have no problems.

That was maybe 3-5 weeks ago.

I haven't had any problems with the others. We've used Chili's where the guy knew what it was. JcPenney, no problems. Old Navy, no problems. Barnes and Noble says you can't use more than one, but the guy at the B&N cash register said that isn't really true and let us use more than one.

Don't worry, they really are real.

I think it varies from location to location on what response you get. For the BK e-cards their policy is that only certain locations accept e-gift cards. I know other Viggle members on FB had posted their problems with BK e-gift cards. Some even asked Viggle if they could be traded out for a different reward, and Viggle said no. So unfortunately you've stuck with the rewards you redeem.

As for Barnes and Noble, I took in 6 e-gift certificates and used them towards the purchase of a Nook cover...no problems. And I used a B&N coupon on top of that! :thumbsup2

Best Buy: No problems here either. One of my e-cards had a little left on there, so the cashier wrote the remaining amount on the card, and gave it back to me to use on a future purchase.

Chilis: We just used 2 e-gift certificates last night. The waitress asked if they were gift cards. I said yes, and no problems.

Hollywood Movie Money: We have used these movie passes, even on opening weekends with no problems.

* My advice to anyone redeeming gift cards is to look up each company's policy regarding e-gift cards prior to redeeming. Sometimes e-cards have different restrictions than physical cards.

From the comments I've seen on FB, I get the feeling that some people think the policy for e-cards is Viggle's doing. I've seen women blame Viggle asking why they changed the e-card policy for Sephora. This is not Viggle's doing. Each company, (including Sephora), is responsible for their policy on gift cards and can change them at any time.

Can anyone tell me if the best buy or target ecards have an expiration date?
I want to save for a new digital camara and trying to decide the best place to get GC from.

Same issue for me at PapaJohns....I e-mailed corporate and they called the manager and told them that they were to take the eGiftCards. Problem solved.

I suggest contacting corporate and at BK and see what they say.

The lady at PJs even gave me the manangers name they told so if I have any more issues at that location.

Best Buy - no they do not expire. You can only use so many online. Suggest you get a BB Pitch-In card to add as many as you want without having to keep track of all the individual cards.
