Viggle App: Get rewards for watching television!

We are having trouble checking in. it keeps saying to much background when there is none. Sometimes it takes 15-20 mins to check in sometimes it never checks in. Any ideas?
I contacted them but they haven't answered.

Sometimes I have that problem when the site glitches, when it happens to me the featured shows won't load either. I would just wait a bit and try again

Today while I was at Target I decided to look at the Disney gift cards to see what denominations were available. They only have a $50 GC. Not bad, but I was curious if anyone else's Target location had higher amounts?

Are you serious? I'm so close to getting to 21000 today so I was praying the $15 would still be available. Sort of misleading since it shows in the rewards but I know what you mean - you hit redeem and then get an error message, right?

I do appreciate the head's up so I wouldn't be upset later on! I just pray they bring the Targets back in stock because after tomorrow with all the bonus points going on I think a lot more people will be cashing out!

Like you, if I can redeem my $15 today, I will have earned about $45 in two weeks! Little, by little...

Yes, it says that award currently isn't available. I just tried again and will check back later. I like Viggle overall, I'm just not expecting it to continue in its current state for long, so I'm going to keep redeeming when I can.

I think a lot of us were....I'm going to have 21,000 points by tomorrow night.

But I'll just sit on those points until Viggle adds more Target cards, whether it be $5 or $15 cards.

Thanks OP for sharing this. We have been doing for a little over a week now and redeem for hollywood money. It seem like a better deal since each tickets is up to $13 and it is 8,000 points.

Are you on Wi-Fi or mobile data? Viggle says the app runs better on Wi-Fi.

After trial and error, I've learned not to do the following:

1. No need to blast out your tv, or hold your phone up to the tv speakers! I now sit on the couch and have my phone next to me. Sometimes I do turn up the volume 1 or 2 notches (above what we like) and this works fine for checking-in.

2. The show can be on a commercial break when you check-in. If I'm having a hard time checking in, I wait for a commercial and sometimes this will work.

Hope this is of some help. I've also had those problems where you try to check-in over and over again, and it just doesn't seem to work! Like Tink576 said, not much can be done except to wait and try later.

$50 is the highest at my Target. I believe this is true for most, if not all, Targets?

I can't remember if I mentioned this here but since you have an awesome plan to pay for your Disney trip keep all the Disney gift cards even after you apply them to your reservation. I've read this several times because if you need a refund for whatever reason the refunds will go to the gift cards so you'll need them. I've paid off most of our Disney cruise this way

Now c'mon Viggle - bring back the Targer gift cards!!

That's cool, I know I saw $100 Disney GC somewhere....maybe it was at one of my local grocery stores....

Thanks for the tip! Not only will I keep all the Disney GC as you suggested, but I'm doing the same with my Target GC and e-cards as well. I'm loading up all my Target cards on the Target app and incase anything happens, I would be able to reload them as needed.

We are also saving those free $5 Target GC that Target gives you when you purchase certain items. Just loaded one my Target app account!

WOW - good catch! This will make a lot of people happy! I was wondering the same thing - I don't think so but if someone knows a way to use towards a Target or Disney gift card, I'll all ears!

Hey, glad to see Disers who are doing the Viggle/Daytona 500!

I know absolutely nothing about car racing, but I've got my laptop out and I'm googling the answers. Working out pretty well, I've only missed maybe under 10 questions so far!

During the Viggle Bowl I got around 6,500 points. But for the Daytona 500 I expect to get pretty close to that 10,000....
