I had a problem when I paid my daughters honeymoon trip off.
I paid online 800.00. Then I gave them the receipt so they would have it for check in. When they went to check in at the FW cabins they were told that they would need to pay the 800.00 again. Even thought the payment was made they couldn't transfer the payment from the Disney site to FW at Check in. My daughter called me from the desk of FW so I asked to speak to the Manager. He was very nice but he said that I would need to pay again and my bank account would be credited the 800.00 in 12 days! I said no, I paid once and I am not paying again. I explained that they were on their honeymoon and this was not a good start. He agreed to bill me the 800.00 and once my checking account was credited in 12 days I agreed to be recharged. He did call me 2 times in the next 2 weeks to let me know that I would be credited soon. He was very nice, he even sent balloons to their room and a signed photo of Mickey and Minnie in a disney frame. I was very annoyed that I could make a payment and get it deducted from my checking account, then be told oh well. I told him there was nothing on the web site that said they were unable to accept final payments.
