I have friends going at the end of June and just booked the viewing package. I know it's a little different from F! viewing as it is a meat and cheese tray/ sandwhich plate for kids instead of the dessert box. Does anyone have photos or reviews of this package?

Hi,
I did it a couple of years ago with three small kids. It was great, nice and quiet (well as it can be with three small kids) and they had adult meat and cheese tray for DH and me and kids stuff for the kids with a collectible cup. I enjoyed it.

Could someone please tell me about this package. My husband and I will be at DL in July and this might be a great idea. Thank you

I'd also like to learn a little more about this package, I can't find it on their site.Cost? Where is the premium viewing and what is served?

We have always had great viewing of this parade, but I would be curious about this package also. My youngest daughters favorite.

The price is the same as F!- $59 for adults and $49 for kids. It's near WCT. We did F! viewing in November and loved it. Recommended it to our friends and they signed up. They also added this package because I told them of the get 2 days free promo. They are there for 8 nights at DLH and ended up saving over $700! So they have the extra $$$ to do this. I was just curious if there were photos out there of the meat and cheese trays, kid's stuff and possible pics of the view.

We've done this before. There is a little section at the Trattoria that is roped off for the parade viewing. It's kind of across from the "buy a glass of wine" counter. You are elevated so you have a really good view of the parade. However, if it isn't a busy day, you can sit at a table right next to the section for free.

The last time we did this, it was August 2008. The food was the same as the Fantasmic! reserved seating food box.

There were a few cheeses, crackers, chocolate covered strawberry, and about 3 pastries plus some grapes...I think that was all. :confused3 sorry not 100% sure. I just remember that the next night we had the fantasmic seats and we had the exact same stuff. That might have been unusual, because I read here on the DIS that people get a meat and cheese tray and sandwiches for the kids.

The one difference was that I could get a glass of wine during the parade. ;) They had a few choices in both the varietal and the winery, so that was nice.

We loved it We just planned on making the food boxes our dinner those nights. I thought the view was great and since it was super crowded, it was totally convenient. We always do the Fantasmic! seating at every trip. The ELP was not running during our last few trips.

I would like to know what they are serving recently....
